4. Quotes and Agreements

  • All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
  • A project will only commence after written approval and/or deposit payment is received.
  • Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed through our secure online payment system.
  • A deposit (typically 30%–50%) is required before work begins.
  • Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed milestones or prior to project delivery.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services or delayed delivery.

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices where permitted by law.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Supply necessary content (text, images, branding) in a timely manner
  • Review and approve deliverables promptly

Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and costs.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client is granted ownership of the final website/design deliverables.
  • Web In Sydney retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
  • Any third-party assets (themes, plugins, stock images) remain subject to their respective licenses.

8. SEO and Performance Disclaimer

While we strive to improve search rankings and performance:

  • We do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic results
  • SEO outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control

9. Cloud Infrastructure & Hosting

  • We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers or cloud services
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining account credentials and security where applicable
  • Service-level agreements (SLAs) may apply if specified in a separate contract

10. Revisions and Changes

  • Projects include a limited number of revisions as specified in the proposal
  • Additional revisions will be billed at our standard hourly rate

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Payments are not made
  • Communication breaks down significantly

Clients may terminate services in writing; however, fees for completed work remain payable.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web In Sydney shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from use or inability to use our services
