The 30-day cooling-off period and refunds do not apply to:

- Hosting/server-related services
- Third-party subscriptions, licenses, or software costs
- Domain name registrations
These services involve third-party providers and/or immediate provisioning costs and are therefore non-refundable.
4. Refund Conditions
- Refunds apply only to work not completed or where the client is dissatisfied within the cooling-off period.
- Work already completed may be assessed and deducted from the refund amount based on time and resources used.
- Refund eligibility is determined at our reasonable discretion, in line with fair business practices and the ACL.
